Commis Chef
We are hiring commis chefs looking to form part of a dynamic team of well established bar/ restaurant in Dublin city centre.
The positions would suit applicants with at least 1 year prior experience in chef position and looking to further their career and enthusiastic about new challenges.
The main requirements and responsibilities are as follows:
· Ability to prepare and cook food in a busy environment.
· Prepare and cook food to the highest quality ensuring consistency in the final product.
· Recognised catering/hospitality qualifications beneficial
· Good organisational skills are essential and ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment
· Ability to work with and learn from the Head Chef and Chef de Partie on dish preparation and presentation
· Experience with Traditional Irish cuisine beneficial.
· Full knowledge of HACCP
· Full flexibility with regard to working hours.
