Milkmiel is looking for a competent and EXPERIENCED Junior Sous Chef to join a renowned restaurant.

Responsibilities include running the grill preparing and cooking great food, managing and upkeeping your section organisation, cleanliness and liaising with the Head Chef on stock and quality control and HACCP. Keep in mind that duties may require working in shifts and/or during weekends and holidays..

Responsibilities: To cook and prep well, work the grill in a busy service, clean well and work well in a team. Communicate with wait staff, check and report any problems with equipment and maintain a tidy serving area. Keep recycling and waste in order. Follow all relevant health department regulations and have relevant knowledge and training in of HACCP procedures, team spirit and flexibility to work in shifts. We want to hear from you!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €35,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
